Does anyone know what happened to 460.475- LCSO primary dispatch?

I haven't listened to it in a while- but today I noticed the carrier of the repeater system sounds different than it used to. More like a microwave system. Any clues? How many repeater sites do they have?

Also- does LCSO use a tactical channel on 400?

I also heard that Lucas County is considering a digital countywide trunked system? Any gossip?

I believe the 460.400 frequency is used for comms between Toledo & the SO and/or suburbs. That's what I've seen posted on a few other websites, at least.
