Lucini Bus Lines going TRBO

I am noticing that all the VHF antenna on the Lucini Buses are disappearing and being replaced with very small antennas. I am also seeing new TRBO Mobiles being installed. Their License shows no modifications, so I am assuming they are going onto a commercial system already in place. IE Industrial or comtronics.

They could be switching to the ICE Statewide 900 MHz system.
