Is there anybody in the Lufkin texas area that can create a live feed for Lufkin police ?

I'm sure someone might be willing to if you provide the computer and scanner or SDR and software for the feed.
I have tried everything to pull in Lufkin PD but have been unsuccessful with whatever antenna I try. Angelina County SO comes in fine, but no go on the PD. Occasionally will get the SO or PD on TxWARN but very rarely, only a couple of cars seem to have new radios.
The county/city has drug it's feet in going to TxWARN even though the tower has been up almost two years. Same with Polk County, only Livingston PD has switched to TxWARN. Both counties took grant money to put up the towers, but don't have the funds to get new radios!
