Luke AFB, Phoenix

I've got a BCD396T, but live in Kansas City and don't currently have any digital systems to practice with. However, I'll be making a trip to Phoenix at some point and would like to have the Luke trunked system ready to go when I arrive. First, can anyone confirm whether this radio will track the Luke trunked system? I'm not sure what system type is meant by "Analog and APCO-25 Common Air Interface." If this radio can track that system, could someone kindly tell me what system type to choose in UASD? Better yet, does anyone have a UASD file they wouldn't mind sharing? Thanks!

I'm not sure what system type is meant by "Analog and APCO-25 Common Air Interface."

It just means that the System has both Analog and Digital communications. Your 396 should be able to listen to the system just fine...

I listened to Luke fine with my 396 on a trip over the summer. You will be able to test the digital ability of your 396 on the Phoenix, Glendale and Maricopa County systems as well.

Make sure to program some milair freqs too. Luke is great for listening to milair.
