At one time, Lumpkin County Fire Department operated on 154.445 MHz. However, I cannot find ANY fire-related frequency assignment in the FCC Database for them. The City of Dahlonega is licensed on 154.205 for FD. Does anyone know what frequency LCFD is on? And, if it's still 154.445, can you tell us how it might be listed?

Mike, maybe try 155.445/167.9PL. Which is listed in the RR database, that I've monitored when up in Dahlonega. The EMS frequency, 155.265, is also active.

Larry, it's actually 154.445 (167.9) and I can still hear them on that frequency (simplex). The weird thing about this is that there is no record in the FCC Database of that frequency being authorized in Lumpkin County - for any use. As I said, the City of Dahlonega is licensed on 154.205/153.890 for Fire but nothing for the County.

Very strange!!

Thanks, Larry

Mike
