LWIN AND AWIN

I can hear the sheriff's department in claiborne parish on LWIN just fine. But not any of the other agencies in claiborne on LWIN..
Would it be possible to ad an AWIN site since they are so close together? And claiborne parish does respond to just inside Arkansas.
I have the homer and shongaloo LWIN tower in my scanner .

LWIN and AWIN are not linked together for any type of daily operations. The individual agencies would have to have the AWIN system programmed into their radios, but TG's are not linked. So adding AWIN sites won't give you any greater coverage of LWIN TG's.
