SDRTrunk LWIN SDR NOT WORKING

I have configured SDR trunk several times over to play or listen to anything avoyeloes or rapides parish and it just stays on idle for the control channel even trying to pick up the fire and avoyelles it's just straight static. Am I doing something wrong or could it be my dongle is no good?

Take (a) screenshot(s) of your SDRTrunk waterfall & tuner settings window and post them here so we can get a picture of how you have things set (gain, PPM), see how your noise floor is relative to received signals, etc. It would also help to know quantity as well as make & model SDR(s) and antenna(s) as well as specific site(s) you're attempting to listen to. Do you have a scanner radio at your disposal & if so how is its reception while listening to same system(s)/site(s)? Welcome to the RR forums

Lafayette guy here; I’m puzzled how you are hearing static on SDRtrunk while trying to monitor LWIN. What site(s) are you trying to monitor? Please post screenshots as Whiskey3JMC suggests.
