Heard VSP Derby dispatch LSC Rescue over "Brighton Fire Department's" frequency (154.085 rptr) this morning. LSC had been dispatched by St. Jay on 155.205. Any thoughts?

could have been a mutaul aid link dispatch with the state. The state dispatch townshend fire department one day in 1994 to a forest fire.
