One person was killed and another was injured in a crash on U.S. Highway 36 and Plateau Road Friday afternoon.

The Colorado State Patrol said the crash involved one car that rolled over on the highway.

Investigators are trying to determine what caused the vehicle to lose control and crash.

The names of the people involved have not been released. The condition of the surviving person is unknown.
