MAASIN CITY, Southern Leyte, May 23 (PIA) –- To provide reliable communication system, especially in times of disasters, the city government of Maasin through the City Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) will rehabilitate the 2-way radio system in cooperation with the German Deutsche Gessellschaft fúr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
