MABAS activity on Starcom21

Div 3 calling Div 20 (or the other way around?), no reply, after about a minute "Is there traffic for Red Center?"

I'm sure this is "Yet Another Frequency to Monitor" for the busy dispatchers.

I've not heard any drills using Starcom21, if this hasn't happened yet it might be a good idea.

I heard this too.. I also heard Stone Park asking to have responding units meet at 40th and lake. The Stone Park unit also stated they were having problems with NIFERN.
