I question whether this Danville, IL system (Machine License Holding, LLC.) is a Motorola II system like the database suggests. I heard no Motorola control channel nor any EDACS control channel. I didn't listen conventionally to determine if it is an LTR system or not.

Not likely that anything will be monitorable.
It is a Nextel company. Same address as Nextel licenses. They have many licenses under different names including several with out "Nextel" in the title.
