macomb rebanded?

do you know if macomb rebranded? if so how can i get new freqs for st clair shores, roseville, eastpoint, fraser? and can you put them in a pro 2096 raidio shack scanner? with out using a computer to download it? thanks for your time, dave

Rebanding

Yes, they have rebanded, as has the whole state MPSCS system. The new control frequencies are in the RR database and you should be able to input them from the keypad. If your scanner worked with the old control channels, it should work with the rebanded frequencies.
