Spalding is a P25 / OpenSky system.

Newton is just OpenSky.

"maybe" with a GRE 800 with beta firmware. Or maybe not. Only time will tell.

A better question, seeing as that it's Harris we're talking about, is "can it be heard on a radio on its own system?"
