I am hearing NHSP Troop A dispatching Madbury Police Department on 156.0900 CT 136.5 AKA LP-1 South. The Unit it was "Madbury-12" As fas as i remember they were Dispatched by Strafford County Sheriff. Does anyone know if this has changed, or why, if it has?

Ever since I have noticed monitoring 156.090, it has always been Troop A. Don't quote me, but I believe LPS south and Madbury run off the same channel but different PL's. Every once in a while, I have heard a dispatcher go Madbury, Madbury 12, as if it were someone other than A. I deleted them off my list for now because I don't have the PL's in and it drives me nuts hearing lake patrol.

Madbury PD

Madbury PD hasbeen dispatched by the former Durham-UNH dispatch, then moved to the Strafford County Dispatch center. Several years ago they left Strafford and are now indeed dispatched by NHSP Troop A on LP SOUTH.

All units on LP South (local, Marine Patrol, Madbury) operate analog with a PL of 136.5.

Another example is Wakefield PD. They had been dispatched by Carroll but awhile back went to LP NORTH and are dispatched by Troop E in Tamworth.

There are a numkber of examples like that across the State.

Correct , E-Troop (Tamworth) Dispatches for Waikfield (Who covers Brookfield), and Sandwich. Moultonborough PD Dispatches themselves Mon-Fri 8am-Midnight, and after they switch over to LP-1 North for SP Dispatch. I have heard that SP-Concord (HQ) Dispatches all of these towns on the weekends and possibly overnight.
