What is the primary method of communication for EMA operations in Madison County?

Conventional VHF/UHF?
Madison County's 800Mhz LTR System? If so, which specific talkgroup?
Indiana Project Hoosier SAFE-T?

I mainly hear them on UHF. Most of the 800 Safe-T transmissions are just chatter. Actual scene runs are on UHF.

A month or so ago during potentially severe weather they were on SAFE-T. I guess here in about an hour I will check again
