Madison County - HEMSI

Rarely listen to HEMSI as it gets to be a lot of voice traffic, tonight I tried to listen to multiple talkgroups and noticed no audio. Hopped on SDR and saw MEDCOM and Ops 1 were both now using ADP. Does anyone know if all HEMSI talkgroups have gone encrypted?

According to the RRDB, it looks like all HEMSI talkgroups are encrypted (DE).
