I found two new control channels on Madison County system 853.900 and 858.7375 is this the new phase 2 system

System is Phase-I so it isn't TDMA capable

From what I heard they are supposed to swap to Phase 2 on 3/26. They have issued out all of the new radios. They have issued out XL-95P to most people. The feature list that I saw shows that is all they are doing is going phase 2. Everything else is just pretty standard features. Not sure if they have upgraded from the MASTR V to the new Two47 base stations.

Be nice if they left the dispatch talkgroups in the clear there is a lot of people that get there weather warnings from listening to the police and fire.have they started to switch over yet

You will probably start to see a bunch of new ones come activate in the morning. The real question will be if they kept the Big Hill site as a stand alone multi site or if they added it into the simulcast system. The RRDB has some stuff that needs to be changed.

It was in the clear hopefully it will stay in the clear.i think one of their Simulcast sites is in Clark county cause this new system has a stronger signal then the old one did

Did you catch who was talking on that new TG? I know there was rumors about them linking the Madison, UK, and Scott counties together. I’m not sure if that will still be the case or not.

I think the Lexington system is link to it to I seen 102 and 101 and 103 come up and 3406 and 3405 and 3219
