Madison PD/ FD is testing the new 150MHz

Madison PD & FD have been testing the new 150MHz frequencies all week long and it's been coming in scratchy? the 39.3600 &453. 5750 been working fine.
But last i heard they Madison PD/FD was suppose to switch to 150MHz this spring. & then go a EDACS system this Fall if the budget passes.

Are you sure it's not on your side though? Do you receive (with the same setup) anything else in the VHF range clearly?

I have a ARES repeater (on 146 mhz) nearby that I can't hear for beans. It's the Elcheapo brand antenna I'm using though. It's totally deaf in that range.
