What is it about the phrase "too fast for conditions" that drivers just can't wrap their mind around? If it is foggy with 1/10 mile visibility and you maintain 70 MPH - THIS is what happens. The attitude of, "What? - Me drive slow in my $45,000 SUV ? ... never ! ... I'm immune !"... seems to be the cause of this one according to post event reporting by Madison media.
