Madison Police Unit Stolen

Reports of Madison 603 cruiser stolen. UNK direction of travel.

Sounds like it was stolen by someone that was droped of by the Madison Sheriff Office and possiably enroute Columbus Ne.

Officer is ok. Dont have any other info they have gone from using the radio to using cell phones. Due to the fact the person that took it has accsess to all there radios.

Unit was recovered in Platte Co about 5am today. Subject also in custody.
