Hi Wondering what talkgroup they page madison fire from, do they still simulcast from that uhf channel listed here, reason asking i'm working on a list for my 396xt.

453.8000 is the UHF paging and trunked talk group is 56048
I'm not sure how it is set up to be honest.
I know that you'll hear the paging tone on the UHF as well as the call. But any other radio traffic on that talk group you won't hear on the UHF frequency(ie units enroute,etc). I assume that just the fire/ems pages are just simulcast on the talk group. I'm not sure if I'm explaining that all that well for you or not.
