Madison warning siren lowband freq

I was up there earlier this summer visiting a friend and noticed a Decibel DB201 folded groundplane antenna bolted directly to the side of the pole beneath the siren itself, no stand-offs. One of those "wish you had a camera" moments.. Anyway, I don't see a lowband freq listed in the Dane County database so I thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention.

45.320 is listed as siren control.

There are three vendors involved with the Dane siren system. I work for one of the three. The vendor in charge of building the outdoor cabinet and siren/antenna mounting are not radio people. It's one of those things where it's been this way from day one and they are happy with it.
