Maha warrranty info

I have the 8 cel c801d I I think it is . was bought off amazon from a reseller. they tell they have no record of of it bought in June 2011. i learned it is supposed to have 3 year warranty. I have email maha on their website bot NO reply yet. Th Ac adapter corn will not plug into the charger & for a $60 + chargers anyone here had any dealings with Maha along these lines?? I want it fixed or replaced!...

Not much help, but I've sent one in for warranty (about 2 years old) and had absolutely no issues at all. They promptly sent a replacement...but I had a receipt.

I have a receipt (email) etc also. no response from em yet ( left email on the Maha site) . Thanks on the info tho

So far ( 4-5 days, Totally ignored by Maha support by email will rry another email today
