Does anyone have database listing MSCommnet RID#s cross referencing Unit ID's?

Specifically Bangor 13.13 site area. I'm building one but figured I would ask before I duplicate work.

I'm building the actual call numbers and unit number library. ex: RID=1101012, "513 Troop E"
