MaineDOT on RCM XPT?

Looks like someone reported talkgroups 31 and 32 as being used by MaineDOT Southern Region on the RCM Hytera XPT system. I've been monitoring since yesterday and haven't heard anything but would love to know what they're hearing, how they know it's MaineDOT vs. Maine Turnpike (which we know is already on the system), and/or if anyone in the industry has any insight.

Submitter heard them doing road work of some kind on Route 111. Named several cross streets on it. Also Route 111 is under MaineDOT's jurisdiction.
