Multiple agencies at grass fire east of Colorado Springs. Colorado Springs, Ft Carson, Peterson, El Paso County, Ellicott, Schriever are all working the fire. Location is East on State Highway 94 past Marksheffel Road.

second fire that burned about 350 acres near Ellicott, Colo., east of Colorado Springs, was contained Sunday night, according to officials. Firefighters said they were still investigating the cause of that blaze. There was lightning in the area at about the same time that the fire started.
