Major Wind Event 9/7-9/8

Tonight would be a good night to have scanners ready with fire, emergency management, and power company all turned on. Its looking like a serious wind even for most of the area with primary concerns downslope in Salt Lake Valley and specifically Davis County.

If its as bad as they are saying it will be ... yes, should make for an interesting night/morning !

I am surprised at the lack of traffic (zero) on these TG's: 8416, 8672, 9024, 9472, and 9728. These are all Public Works channels in Davis Co.
