Maldor AL-500H

Has anyone tried this new HH antenna made for civilian and military aero bands? I'm wondering how it compares to the Diamond RH77CA?

I have compared the two antennas and found the AL-500H is better on V/UHF airband, but not by a huge margin.

If you are a dedicated airband monitor then go for it, otherwise it's probably not worth it.

Works quite well for me...I kinda like it over the Diamond, which is on my R10. The Maldol is on my R20.
