You may have to do a little detective work, like, maybe find out the name of the company that owns or manages the mall. The license will most likely be under that name, rather then the name of the mall.
Or, if your scanner has the "signal stalker" or "close call" feature, turn it on and hang around the mall and listen to what comes up.
