Another Man Hole explosion being repotred in Downtown Indy. Radio Traffic is on MECA(IDPS Communications) IFD DSP and also MECA Sys 2 IPL Talkgroups. Updated at 12:15 PM Tuesday 12-13-2011 Update at 12:48PM Man hole explosion is at Merdian and Ohio(31 west Ohio Street) which is near Merdian.
