Around 9:30 PM Nov 5th a 27 year old male took a gun and put it to the right side of his head and pulled the trigger. Listened to the patch from the ambulance to the chopper (MSP Trooper 5) it went in at the right temple and exited the left rear corner ( unsure of the medical term used) Brain matter is showing. un responsive, semi breathing.
