Are you looking for the fire dept frequencis? I think ASM does the EMS for Manchester.
what frequencis? is ASM on?
I am not sure what ASM's are. I had asked a friend of mine who worked in Hartford several years ago and I don't think my scanner at the time could decode what they were using.
