does anybody know why manchester police is using channel 2 as the main dispatch channel 1 was quiet?

Noticed The Same Thing Out My Way yesterday, This Happened About A Month ago also

They are supposed to upgrade the system & This Might be part of it

I live close to Manchester & cannot hear the pd From My house Like I can hear the town FD

PD ch 2 was coming in l/c @ my house yesterday

Hopefully they will bump up the transmit power for the CH 1 PD like the FD is, Since I can hear the Town FD when I'm mobile in Wethersfield/Rocky hill on 91 n/s

Hope they are not moving to an LTR system. Hope they stay UHF, and just go P25.

no p25 I was told at one time they had p25 it don't no work a good friend told that so I don't know we will see are they on ch 1 or ch 2
