I dont know what exactly he did but there is a full scale manhunt going on right now in the sleepy 'lil county of Monroe (ohio not michigan) There are about a dozen troopers, OHP plane 3 using FLIR , two OHP canines, and S.O. units from 3 counties......

All I can tell at this point is that the scene is on S.R. 255 between Sardis and Laings and there was a victim flown to Ruby hospital in Morgantown. sounds like they want this guy pretty bad.....
