Fire damages Manitou Springs apartment complex
A new apartment complex under construction in Manitou Springs caught fire Wednesday afternoon. Only construction workers were inside when the building caught fire. They were all safely evacuated.
Fire fighters say the blaze started in the attic. There's no estimate yet on the cost of the damage.
