Manitoulin Island

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know of any Fleetnet dead zones on Manitoulin Island. I am in Wikwemikong for a few weeks for work and it seems that I can not pick up Fleetnet anywhere on the reserve. Also does anyone have the tribal police frequencies as I cant seem to find them anywhere, even in the government database.

Seems odd that you can't get Killarney and/or West Bay from there. Are you sure you have the CC's right? I would check programming if you are not even getting a CC lock.

Did you try just doing a search from say 140 to 145mhz and see if you find anything? As davidmc36 suggested, perhaps something isn't right. Maybe the info submitted was incorrect or has since changed.

I have family on Manitoulin- I finally gave up trying to listen to my scanner on parts of that island.
