I don't believe Mansfield is simulcast. I listen to them on a daily basis on my 536HP driving around there and have had no issues.

I highly recommend using software to program any scanner if you're programming a lot into it. Proscan works great for many Uniden models. I would bookmark this-

If all you're putting in is Mansfield it should be pretty easy. Mansfield PD main channel is 470.500 NAC293, 472.250 NAC293 is channel 2 which is mostly used during Xfinity concerts.

Since they're on straight P25, older digital scanners work fine for them if you don't mind buying used. 396XT, PSR-500 and RadioShack PRO-197 have all work great for me.
