Help, just bought a brand new Uniden 436 after having a pro96 forever. The pro 96 I programmed pick up the city of Mansfield police just fine in Mansfield Texas running a Motorola Type II Smartzone w/APCO-25. What do I need to do to get the 436 to pick this up. Entering the zip code function has no effect what so ever. It scans for id's but does not pick up audio what so ever. Thinking about returning it if I can't get it to pick up my local police and fire. Help Upman or anyone. Thanks!
