I will apologize if this has been asked before. I am trying to enter in our clubs repeater into a new favorite. The frequency is not in the data base so I am attempting to program it manually. I click on edit, then edit favorites lists. I create a new favorite then select it as the favorite list I want to edit. The favorite list editor opens in the right pane and my selected favorite is high lighted in blue in the left pane. This is as far as I get. The software asked me what kind of frequency it is and I selected conventional. I'm not seeing any way to enter a frequency much less where to enter it. If I do this on the radio via the key pad, then read from the radio, will the created favorite appear in my favorites list in Sentinel? I was able to create and enter it into a new favorite using the key pad but it disappeared after adding a few more favorites and writing them to the radio, probably because I checked the delete favorite box when doing so. Seems as if this should be easy but I'm stumped. Thanks once again.

Check your hierarchy.
You have your favs, then you have systems - then departments.
You have to create a system.
Name your system and choose conventional.
Click on the new system.
Add a dept.
Click on it.
Add your channel, (name, freq, etc). Pay attention to the service type, because if it isn't chosen in your profile, you can't scan it.
Click options
Assign a quick key to it

You should be good, unless you didn't change the custom1 or have it enabled.

Thanks for the reply, I did bit of a hatchet job but it seems to me right. I need to start a cheat sheet so I can reference back to it in the future. Thanks again for the help!
