I just finished college and grad school at UWM a few years ago for Geographic Information Systems (GIS). I have also been working on maps like these. Here are a few old prototypes I made a year or 2 ago. Click on each dot (site) on the map for a popup box with more information.

Because the FCC only allows 6 locations per license, so big systems or users with many locations require many licenses. But why does it only show around 6 sites on the FCC and radioref page?
And because there is no simulcast in OpenSky.You need more sites with Open Sky because each site covers a much smaller area compared to Motorola or Harris P25 systems!
