But what's the site off Broadway and Mason? That's now BMO Tower. Can you confirm? Or is that the Municipal Building?

You need more sites with Open Sky because each site covers a much smaller area compared to Motorola or Harris P25 systems!

I believe MPD District 6 has a pole repeater?

Because the FCC only allows 6 locations per license, so big systems or users with many locations require many licenses.
