Are you referring to the reference given in a fire dispatch? If so, probably The Thomas Guide maps. I got mine at Costco.

Being a former public safety dispatcher, i can tell you that the map page that is referred to in fire dispatch varies from agency to agency. It depends what is programmed into their CAD dispatch program and each CAD dispatch program is different.
