What do all the red dots signify on the TRS maps?

Thanks Milf for answering for me. Is there a post you haven't responded to?

In any case, the red dots signify city entities that have a population count(based on the 2000 census) of greater than 500 people, and less than 200,000 people. The blue dots represent cities with more than 200,000 people.
