Put in the frequencies that are listed under Site #2. They are the repeater outputs for that company. Example: 451.075 in output/456.075 is the input(mobile or ht). Also, note, that there are multiple listings of the same frequency. Don't put in any frequency more than once, it's not neccessary:)

I know that part, I've learned it's a trunked system. How do I find out what type of system it is for UHF and how do I set it up on my Pro 96?

Since it is UHF, more than likely it is an LTR system.
The Pro-96 will not track LTR systems. Still, program them in
conventionally and monitor it closely to see if you can detect a
pattern to how they are used.
