last night heard this and to me it sounded like osp not odot. two units talking about 3rd shift, lot of 31's. radio ids were 30704,30480 area.

That TGID is ESCORT 3, it is without a doubt an ODOT talkgroup.
More than likely it is Commercial Vehicle Enforcement that is being heard as
they provide oversized vehicle escorts.
