Can confirm 52097 odnr call central
It is Portage County Sheriff's talkgroup used by the deputies who work security at the Neomed facility in Rootstown.
I believe 63594 is Parking, the rest I agree with.
Franklin County appears to be doing testing on 61027 today.

Discovery detected testing in Franklin County on 61098, 61106, 61250, 61252, 61254, 61259. (Could not ID users however).
Possible new OSU TGs may be hospital - 63616 (Engineering/Maintenance), 63552 (Housekeeping), 63559 (Security), 63558 (Security Control), 63542 (Electrical/Maintenance). I would like more confirmation before submitting these. (OSU has so many buildings and departments).

40504 has been added as NEOMED security. But, I agree with MotorolaDave that it is odd that this falls in line with the talkgroups of Portage SO.
I need for you or somebody else to confirm that this is actually Neomed security and not some Portage Co SO talkgroup. If I look at NEOMED's website, they have their own security. But I wouldnt' expect them to have that particular talkgroup if it was them. And if NEOMED has their own security, I wouldn't expect Portage SO to be handling security detail for them.
For anyone in Portage Co, please listen in on TG 40504 and attempt to determine exactly what agency is using this talkgroup, and what type of activity you hear on it.
Until then, it'll remain in the DB as NEOMED Security even though that may not be correct.

Heard a Portgage Sheriff deputy call in to their dispatch center and say he will be on NEOMED channel.
Makes me wonder if 40504 is primarily for NEOMED security and Portage SO happens to have access to it for interop, versus 40504 being a Portage SO talkgroup that they use for NEOMED.
If Portage SO is involved [officers on duty], then that likely isn't 'security' but rather should be tagged as Law Tac or something like that. The question is whether it's predominantly used by NEOMED's own security, or if its predominantly used by Portage SO that happen to be at NEOMED.

In exchange for allowing a MARCS site at their tower on the Neomed campus, they were going to have their own T/G on the system (40504) for the newly formed "Neomed Police."
Neomed has scrapped the idea of their own police force for now. They contract with the sheriff's office for police services on campus. A deputy or deputies, is assigned a shift there and signs on duty with PCSO dispatch via the Neomed channel.
Neomed may still have private security on campus that they contract with. But they have their own UHF radios.

I'm not sure if this has been reported, but, Just received TG 54797 mentioning something about Life Flight lifting off. Also got a couple of radio ID's to go along with this: 3290145 and 3290253. This leads me to believe this is Hancock Co. Sheriff Dispatch. Incidentally, This was received off the Toledo tower. Also TG 52034 is up and running with Encryption on.
P.s. As an FYI: I heard L-55 (Or something to that nature) on 54797.

Just a quick update to my last post TG 54797: I heard some more traffic on here so I can safely confirm that this is HCSO and I will be submitting it as such.
Also TG 59115 just came on and it contained some EMS dispatch Will listen further. It had a 32xxxxx RID. Heard something about Squad 6.
