Just heard UH MedEvac on 54736. Helo radioID was 18xxxxx. Odd. There's already two talkgroups listed for them. I suspected this would have been the IP equivalent to UNIV DISP, which is one of the two.

Guys, I want to add these to the unidentified list. These are in fact Corrections Channels but not sure which facility. The second TG I almost want to say is Dayton since a couple of these fall right in the middle of that block, but, they'll need confirmation to be on the safe side.

Corrections: Oakwood and ACI - Lima

Heard various references to Oakwood and ACI on 52500 (via the Lima tower). There wasn't enough info gleaned to determine a tag for the TG.

43031 on the Fremont Sandusky County tower.

Traffic was between three mobile units. Waiting for two cars to pull in a lot. Knew names of cars occupants.
Maybe a detectives talk group?

I had 39 hits today on 54736. University Hospital helicopters for sure. They were calling to AirCom. Not sure I’ve heard that used before? Also had 116 hits on 54746. Sounded like a SWAT exercise in Westlake. Anyone else hear??

Thanks Tonya,

I've been in and out yesterday and today. So I wasn't able to catch any significant traffic. I've had two TG's at the top of my log list. TG's 54736 (Helo, but who's) and 54746 (PD?). Looks like you have a good handle on both.

I heard an interesting drill in Putnam county around noon on Wednesday and heard Putnam county dispatch talking about XSO69TAC so turned my group wildcard on and found them talking on 54576.

Just a reminder folks, but if you confirm something like this, please submit to the database. It's easy to miss when it's mixed in with other posts in this forum. By submitting we can track the submission and get it entered more quickly.

(I've taken care of this one).

Thanks,

Tom

Copied Marietta Memorial Hospital communication with in coming Morgan Co EMS on TG #59945. Also incoming EMS on TG #59908 to what I believe may have been Selby Hospital however I can not say for sure on this one, caught this traffic on the tail end of transmission. Anyone monitoring in this area may want listen in to help verify.

Tom you did add my XSO69TAC 54576 to the database but just checked now and it was removed. This was verified by me.

is there a thread that covers JUST N.E. Ohio ?

This thread seems to cover most of the state, I ( and I think most)
just don't care about Putnam and Morgan counties (just to name a few),
although I am sure that the people there do.
N.E Ohio, PA line to about Mansfield and Rt 30 to Lake Erie is already more then
would interest most in that area.

I guess my question is: are there threads that cover "smaller" parts of the state ??

No, there is not a thread that covers just NEOH (MARCS-specific or general)

This thread is specific to MARCS-IP, which is a statewide trunked system, and thus this thread contains information from areas throughout the state.

54576 is known and confirmed as XSO-46. If they were calling it XSO69TAC over there it's probably a programming error in their radios (wouldn't be the first time).
