Heard 51753 on the kirkwood tower and it sounds like d-07 tech. I heard what they called it but forget what they called it

39017 - 64x, I'd give a 90% guess it's Perry County EMA.
Talk of opening shelters, and flooding issues during the recent flooding.

edit - 64 EMA1 confirmed

52140 ODNR - ID'd as Call South East - possibly Columbus , but covering other areas on weekends. Hard to ID much due to Enc, but caught this in clear on weekend.

Allen County Switched

Allen County has made the switch to MARCS-IP. I'll make a submission later tonight with what I've discovered.

To start things off 5511 is XLIMA POLICE

I thought I caught the Allen County SO going to TAC on 54762 but further monitoring will be required to confirm.

5536 is Spencerville EMS. They are self-dispatched (EMS only) and are using the TG the same as they used the old Delphos Fire TG on the old MARCS.

Allen County is hosting an annual PBR (Professional Bull Riders) bull riding event this weekend. Last night, I heard the chatter of those running the event. This included talk of the event opening as well as various ongoing operations such as lining up the bulls in the chutes, re-rides, etc. It was obvious that these were the people putting on the event and not security or law enforcement.

This was heard on TG 59001. If it would have been local law enforcement talking security related stuff, I would have thought nothing of it but it caught me off guard to hear something like this on MARCS-IP. Hell, local law enforcement and FDs haven't even made the switch to IP yet.

I m hearing Allen County deputies using this TG (59001) while working security for a motorcycle race at the fairgrounds. Based on a couple of entries in the DB (a couple of county EMAs using 5900x), I am guessing that this TG is likely Allen County EMA. They have tended to use EMA TGs in the past for such events. I will submit to the DB but we may need to change it later.

Anyone in the Ravenna area picking up traffic on 54043. I've been told it is ONG @ the Ravenna Aresonal, but have been unable to determine if it is a correction to 56768 or in addition to. I have also not been provided a description. Some ears on this talkgroup would be helpful.

Thanks

Auglaize County Alert

I'm pretty sure that I heard Auglaize County SO on IP but I couldn't get to the radio quick enough to get the TG.

Edit: I think I heard them on 54786.
