It’s these:

.20625RM245 DPLMARCSRP2MARCS mobile interop repeater 2FMNInterop
852.13750WPWP626M293 NACM TA-1MARCS TalkaroundP25Multi-Talk
852.36250WPWP626M293 NACM TA-2MARCS TalkaroundP25Multi-Talk
853.65000WPWP626M293 NACM TA-3MARCS TalkaroundP25Multi-Talk

You won’t hear them unless you are close as they are simplex channels.

Thanks for this! Can't find them in the RR database to load onto my scanner (sometimes, I am within range for these), but will check it out!

The following were added to the DB today:

32524 - FD52WFD - Wadsworth Fire Department
32521 - PD52WPD - Wadsworth Police Department

No idea if they are Dispatch or Tac. Wadsworth had been on the Parma / Medina County / Ottawa County trunked system. I can't find any public documents suggesting that Wadsworth switched.

I am working on dialoging with the submitter regarding these two talkgroups.

Mike
Wadsworth was awarded MARCS grants last year .. guessing its MARCS then.
They were still on UHF , never heard them on Medina Parma system.
I’ll listen.

They were still on their own TRS system, and it was a broadcast on Parma/Medina, but the audio was horrible.

I like the little squelch tail on the Medina system when Wadsworth would transmit.
They come in clear for me here in Parma.
I only monitor it because I have a close friend that lives there.

Per the city safety manager over the last few months, they already have radios and are being programmed as we speak. They will be maintaining use of the Parma system for interop with the county. Got the TGID's from a close friend in law enforcement. I only have a small blip of audio so far and can see more radio affiliating under that PD TGID in the last few days.

While down in Bowling Green today, I drove by the site of the new MARCS tower and found that it is now up. It also appeared that at least two antennas have been installed. For those in the BG area, it may be time to add the frequencies as it probably won't be much longer before the site is online.

The Lucas OH (Richland Co) site freqs have been granted.

SIEC Jan 26, 2022 minutes say:

Lucas Tower in Richland County has the tower foundation installed. Will also be
home to a Cell Carrier to address the lack of cell coverage in the Lucas, Ohio area.
Should start to see the tower rise during the first part of February. Supply chain has
delayed a number of parts and is becoming more of a factor.

Talk arounds don't go through a tower. They are radio to radio and have about a mile range.

And MARCS would be cheaper...

Depends on how they funded it. Documents I saw indicated that since the system infrastructure is owned and maintained by Cleveland Communications, the Harris option is cheaper in the long run.

Looks like the Discovery/Grove City site is out of site mode now. Also Bixby. Darby is still advertised. I see Discovery was removed from the database. This is the advertised site and neighbor list while on the Columbus MARCS system.

It appears that the Bowling Green site is up an running. Site 273 is now showing up as an adjacent site on the Toledo and Brander sites when running Pro96Com. The CC is for the new site is 853.9250. I am not able to pick it up from my house but if I can get down to BG this week I will try to confirm.

I know that they (people in higher positions) moved the dispatching for Public Utilities (PUCO) over to the ODNR-side of things a while back... but, did the Department of Taxation dispatching get moved over as well? Last few mornings, I've been catching the ODNR/PUCO dispatcher acknowledging check-ins from Tax units.... Dispatch in clear/Field units encrypted

Wondering if I missed something....

Thank you. Another submitter from the area submitted the details. It's in the DB now. I don't have information about its peers yet, but I have asked the submitter if it's broadcasting peer info.
